The is the second Time I have lived at the preakness, the first time was back in 03 this time my girlfriend and i move here to have a better place to live for us and her two children, when i lived here in 03 is was awsome now it is horrible we have had raw sewage spue up from the sink all over every thing including half the carpet, we have roaches from the people up stars, the floor is coming aprt, the carpet is absolutly ruined and all they did was barley clean it, mold uner the sink too me 3 months for them to fix that haha. This place is hell!! I have had my car broken into twice, children almost gotten hit by cars. They try to charge you for every thing that is there problem.

The # for code enforcement is (859)258-3270. The staff needs to report them for not paying overtime as REQUIRED BY LAW. Good luck with the roaches, bed bugs, mold, electrical wiring running on top of standing water, and those ever so pesky late-nite car stereo thieves! Adios

Just a little advice call code inforcement that place needs to be shut down, the mold is really bad there, they won't fix it for you I know I used to work there,Get your kids out of there the mold will make them very sick, yoou don't see there kids living like that.

I am interested in renting here. Are the conditions as bad as you describe? In your opinion, why shouldn't I rent here? Please let me know. If the conditions really are this bad, I don't want to make a mistake. Please let me know.
