Your name fits to a tee, you have a good reason to be concerned, That place is a Lawsuit waiting to happen...and what irony The owners are Laywers...If any of you poor residents would like there number let me know I have it.....

I am interested in renting here. Are the conditions as bad as you describe? In your opinion, why shouldn't I rent here? Please let me know. If the conditions really are this bad, I don't want to make a mistake. Please let me know.
