The community now has new Ownership and Management. You can definitly see a change in the property, things are cleaner, staff is nicer and work orders are being completed. It also looks as if they are cleaning up the tenants in the property also. I never thought I would see a change so quickly, but I must say bravo to the new owners for making what use to be a nice place to live, nice again.

I agree that Preakness is a better place to live now than it was a few months ago. There are allot of new faces in the office and in the apartments and allot of cleaning/work going on. I hope the new staff kkeps up the good work.
