We recently moved in. We have been home owners for the past 17 years so we don't have any comparable point of reference. So far our experience has been excellent. The staff is very responsive to our needs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We can't completely address the noise due to the apartment above us being vacant. However other noise (Breezeway, etc) is pretty much non-existant. There is an excellent excercise room which is open 24/7. At present one of the two treadmills is broken. This may become an issue if this is not addressed.
