I agree with the previous review, this place is deteriorating greatly. We decided to go with these apartments because of the location and the convenience of having a garage. The whole area smells like dog poop, the entryways stink and have never been cleaned, the patios look like they are falling apart and the walls are cracking (inside). I believe they are putting all their money into the new townhomes they are building instead of up-keeping of the apartments.The maintenance guys are incompetent and sloppy and take smoking breaks on my patio (I'm not a smoker and I hate the smell). The insulation is poor- my lighting rattles when the people upstairs walk around and their cigarette smoke seeps into one of my bathrooms and closet. They are definitely not "luxury" apartments and way overpriced but the location is great and the office staff are friendly. This is a temporary home for us so its something I am willing to deal with (although it would be nice if they would get a new maintenance crew). If you are looking for luxury apartments that you will be staying in for a while this is not the place for you.
