My husband and I have recently moved to the Lexington area and looked for several weeks before making our decision. We are so happy we chose Rabbit Run. We haven't had to call for maintenance yet, so I guess we'll see if the former reviews are correct. The office staff has been pleasant to deal with and we really liked our leasing agent, we found her to be very helpful. We've met several of our neighbors who we found out have lived here for several years and have been very pleased with their service. The grounds are maintained well and the complex over all is very quiet. I would highly recommend Rabbit Run to anyone looking for a nice upscale place to live. The surrounding area has lots to offer.

I lived there for a couple of years, the grounds are a mess compared to what they were before the manager gave the contract for groundskeeping to her fiancee. The complex has none of the amenities you would expect for the price you pay. The pool is always crowded with kids and college students, the jacuzzie works only part of the time.
