I have lived at Raintree for nearly two years. I lived in a two bedroom with a roommate the first year, and in a one bedroom by myself the second year. The appliances are somewhat older, and may or may not work well. The carpets aren't cleaned well upon move-in and the staff is reluctant to replace them. The noise is a serious problem that seems to have gotten worse. The indoor pool is well kept and enjoyable, but the outdoor pool is a nasty place where the more disreputable residents hang out. Some of the office staff are super nice, but a few of them are snotty. The apartments are large and reasonably priced. The place is still okay, but I am looking to move out when my lease is up. I feel as though it has started its slide into the realm of Mexican palace.
