The new staff member, Susan, is the most incompetent, ditzy, rude, and very smart ass of a person. When I came in there to put in a work order it took her 20 minutes because she kept making rude comments about things irreletive to my work order. She acted like I was being insulting to the maitnance staff and therefore decided to go on the defensive when that was not even the case. She should have never been hired!!!
p.s. besides Susan Raintree is an awesome place to live.
