Nice as long as you don't have a lot of free time to spend at home

I have lived here for two years. Considering the prices of some apartments in the area, Raintree is affordable.
I live upstairs with an enclosed staicase which is a plus. However this causes me to share interior walls with my downstairs and next door neighbors. Which in turn means less privacy. Sometimes I can here complete conversations if I am anywhere near the stairs.
The pool and gym both close at 9 p.m. during the week and on Sunday. This is a disappointment for those who work any shift other than first.
When I first moved here I had a guy keep knocking on my door and leaving only to return way into the morning hours. Since I didn't recognize him I called the courtesy officer to come check it out. He told me that I should just call 911 anytime I have an emergency because they could probably get there faster. That makes a lot of sense. He was supposed to be on the property so why wouldn't he be able to get there faster. Oh but the knocker ended up having the wrong apartment because I saw him at another apartment the next day. So other than that I have felt secure.
