I concur with you about the exterior of the buildings at Raintree. It seems as though staff/maintenace do not care about how they appear.
Raintree has had 11 units to move out within the last month alone! The new office staff seem to not know what they are doing. I walked into the office the other day and everyone was just walking around or on the phone.
It is extremely noisy at all hours of the day. There is no courtesy officer available like there should be. Pet owners do not use the pet facilities for their pets. This needs to be enforced.
The exercise facility is not air conditioned...even though their is climate control available right there. Parking needs to be enforced more than anything. There are visitors who park in residents' area which lead residents to park farther from their units.
The trees are not cut often which allow crap from them to be dropped onto people's cars. This is why Raintree had such a huge mess to clean up during last year's ice storm! There are trees that are leaning so far over that they are ready to break any time!
