This used to be a nice place with a really nice group of people living here and working here. The old managers did great things for all of us - they had parties for us and made us feel good about living here. Even though the place seems to be falling down and the maintenenece people are a bunch of retarded drunks with filthy mouths, we still felt like there was hope for a good change here. The people here now are maybe what you'd call nice but stupid. And why did they replace the people in the office and keep those idiots in maintenenece' I miss the way it was. My apt has been broken into since I moved here, I am always getting rudely woken up in the mornings by the loud workers swearing outside and yelling from their little carts and the other review was correct I know these guys are stealing from us. Everyone knows it. Apartments and CArs are broken into. I was told that someone was stabbed here too but I don't know if that is really true. I would like them to drug test everyone who works here. It only seems fair if they have keys to my house, they should have a clean record and be drug-free. It is a pretty decent apartment and the indoor pool is nice when it is clean. I don't know where they hired these people who work here but whoever owns the place is going to lose Raintree when they get sued by someone. Wake up and smell the weed, people. Everyone here knows what is going on!!!!!

I have prevously worked at Raintree and about the drugs is not true. EVERYONE before you are hired goes through a drug test and also they do random drug test. So before we are given any keys we did go through a drug test. Also the year I was there only one car was broken into and the person is noe evicted. So no worries there. And futhermore that stuff happens anywhere you go you just don't know about it because you don't live there. If Raintree is so bad and you are so miserable break your lease. And if have knowleadge you can contact the police department and get a record on that part of the neighborhood.

From: BMCD Anonymous is obviously illiterate and defensive. I've lived at Raintree and heard horror stories about women waking and finding strangers in their apartments and nothing being done about ti by management. I also had a lot of things stolen from my patio and I am convinced it was the maintenace crew. If I could prove it, I'd sue Raintree all the way to tomorrow. |
