I think a roof for the mailbox area would be a welcomed addition, lets do hope for that soon.
To the person who is complaining about the trash out side the door...well through it away they charge you extra to take "your trash" to the dumpster, the trash on the property isn't bad, or i should say I don't have any trouble with it, but then again, their is always gonna be someone who just can't be satisfied with anything, however there could be more parking spaces for visitors, if you can hear steros at 2-3 a.m speak to your neighbors about it, also let the office staff be aware of this issue.ya'll have a nice day.

Since Raintree would consider wasting money placing a roof over the mailboxes then how about a roof over the parking spaces? I'm tired of scrapping snow and ice off of my car when we have bad weather! I don't want my dashboard cracking because of the hot sun coming in through my windshield! What happened to the night watchman or watchmen that Raintree is suppose to have walking the property throughout the night? Maybe if there was someone actually walking the property, they could spot the tenants who blast their stereos in their car at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning! I shouldn't have to come home everyday and see a sewage treatment center in front of my door! The trash that is in front of my door does not belong to me! This type of trash is just crap that people throw down because they are too lazy to walk to the dumpster or throw it in their own garbage. With all the money that tenants pay in rent, I should have a personal maid! There is plenty of parking space for visitors! There should be plenty of parking for tenants! If Raintree ever ran out of parking spaces for visitors then there sure are plenty of spaces around for visitors......ummmm..lets see.....like the movie theater, Kroger, and the parking lot directly across from the leasing office! Ya think?

I've never had a problem with parking! I'd love to know where your apartment is in the complex!
