You are so right on the money. These guys smell like weed and walk around with their eyes half shut all day long. I wouldn't let them in my apartment fot anything. I love the apartment here. It is big and has a nice view. The trees are pretty and the location is really great but don't move here if you want anything fixed. Or plan to fix it yourself. Do not let these people in your home. There are more drug deals done in front of my apartment by the maintanance guys than you'd ever believe.
