i agree with a previous post that raintree is ghetto! my grandmother recently visited me from out of town and during her stay she could not rest the way she wanted to because of noisy ass tenants car stereos blasting so loud you could actually make out the words!

i don't really have a problem with the parking though because i am in a unit in the back near the dumpsters.
