My lease expires at the end of this month and management would rather let me leave than to work with me on a decent rate of rent and I am a tenant who has paid my rent on time each month for the last 3 years.
At first, they wanted to raise my rent up to $499.00, which they claim is the market rent for a 1BR 1Bath. Then they lowered it to $449.00 with no explanation behind it.
If you do not re-sign your lease, then they want to tack on an extra $100.00 behind the rent that you already pay on a month-to-month basis...which would make my rent $549.00!!
I could stay in an upscale trendy hotel for less than that a month!
Word is that most tenants that live her are not paying the same amount in rent. If you reside in a 1BR 1Bath downstairs apartment and your rent is cheaper or higher than $449.00 month..then email me at PrettyToez05@yahoo.com
Raintree could get into trouble if they charge everyone different amounts of rent.

Market rent chnages from year to year, the stupidity of these posts amazes me.
