Just moved into the ghetto

I moved into raintree apts about 2 months ago and I've got to say this is been one of the most poorly managed, unmaintained and dangers apartment complexes I've lived in. I travel from location to location for business which requires renting apartments from time to time. Within the 2 months stay my vehicle has already been broken into and management just blew it off like it wasn't uncommon. Tenants are pretty much free to do whatever: drag race in the back parking lots, drink in their vehicles, sit in their cars and take turns doing burnouts. Let me remind you that this is right outside your door. So if you have children, please reconsider. Once all the festivities have wrapped up for the evening and everyone is good and wasted, they damage other tenant vehicles on the way back to their apt. The police have been a regular visitor in the past 2 months. The staff do not really have it together with safety, maintenance, etc. They supposedly have a "curtisy officer" who patrols the area. I've not seen anyone patrolling the area since I've been here except for conspicuous cars driving up and down the lots, maybe looking for vehicles to vandalize. To sum it up, don't rent here. You would be better off staying at a run down, flea infested motel.

The people doing the partying and drag racing in the back parking lot are employees. Your obnoxious neighbors are actually the maintenance workers there. I lived at Raintree apartments too and I saw it every single night. They are a bunch of retarded alcoholics and the management looks the other way and lets them do whatever they want. Everyone who lives there knows these maintenance guys run the place. I wouldn't recommend Raintree to my worst enemy. And I heard once upon a time it was a nice place to live. I wonder what happened.

The stop sign is the Apartment complex's stop sign. It fell over. They should be responsible for the stop sign on their property!
