Raintree is so damn ghetto now that its not even funny. Management does not care how the outside property looks.

Trash is everywhere,...dog ---- lies right in front of your door,...residents have their music blasting at all hours of the day..

The indoor pool and jacuzzi close at between 9:00 and 10:00. When I moved into Raintree, I was given the impression that residents would have access to the pool and jacuzzi at any hour of the day because I purchased a key-card for $5.00. I was so wrong.

Although management will probably erase this message like they have in the past, do not move here. Go elsewhere like The Village or Cove Lake. It will be worth your money.

They actually can have posts deleted simply by contacting the moderator at Aptratings. I've seen it done here many times. Any time a person posts a message that includes a specific person's name (first name or full name)the post can be deleted at the request of the apartment manager or the person whose name was used. So, the original poster is not really a dumbass after all.
