I've been trying to call the office to report a problem and I get some weird system asking me for a password. I used to be able to call and get either a person or a usable message system. Its really gone down since I moved in a few years ago and I'll be leaving soon.

There is no system thats asks for a password, perhaps using a phone is too difficult for some people. Call the number and see for yourself (859) 266-3999
