I moved in here in May 2006 and its been one problem after another. My carpet was horrible the day I moved in. There were pet stains and cat hair along the base boards that no amount of vacuuming could get up. When it got hot (which was often when I moved in, since my air conditioner was broken for the first 5 days I lived there...in the SUMMER), you could smell cat urine. The maintenance men come in without notice, and have left my door unlocked. My ceiling leaked and its never been fixed. There was plaster hanging from the ceiling! The office staff is rude, and when my rent was raised, I wasn't notified. So then, they sent me an eviction notice if I didn't pay them $250 in 7 days! My air conditioner stopped working again a month or so before I left, and they wouldn't come look at it until I called them and told them how there were ASHES coming out of my vents onto my brand new suede sofa,and I noticed a flash inside the air conditioning closet when I turned the unit off. Not once was my air filters changed while I lived there. The laundry facility was a joke. Most of the time, the washers and dryers didn't work. So, the first 1.25 you put in to wash your clothes, was a waste since you would have wash them at least twice. Many times, I've put clothes in a dryer, and find my clothes still wet after they supposedly were dried. Once I caught someone taking my clothes out of the dryer and putting theirs in! The place was a mess. There was no enforcement of the noise regulations. It was impossible to watch TV in my living room since I could always hear my downstairs neighbors stereo! And the pets! There was dog excrement everywhere! And it always smelled like cat urine. There were no lights in between in the buildings so if you were out at night, it was VERY unsafe. I came home one night a couple weeks before I moved out and there was a huge crowd of people yelling and fighting in the parking lots. I called the cops, but it really didn't do much good. They only "talked" to half the crowd. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I'm pretty sure I know who wrote this. I was their neighbor and they were evicted for not paying there rent, thats why they are so mad. If they spent as much time working and making money to pay their rent as they did on their review, then they still might be living here.

Sorry, I was not evicted for not paying my rent. And the reason I dont live there anymore, is because I prefer not to live in the ghetto :)
