Raintree is a wonderful place. The indoor pool and work out facility is luxury style. I have searched all over Lexington, and Raintree is smack dab in the middle of everything, Interstate, downtown, Jacobson Park & Lake, and the new Hamburg. Walking distance from Kroger, restaraunts, and new movie theatre. I have seen the message from other idiots, that probably just couldn't pay there rent if they were in a barn. I have noticed that several Police officers live there, and that makes me feel secure about my vehicle, as compared to other complexes in Lexington.

If alot of police live at Raintree, that must mean something. There must be alot of shyt going on there for so many cops to be staying there....yeah,...I'm sure you do feel "secure".... The staff that was at Raintree when I first moved in back in 2002 was excellent. They were always doing something for the residents,..like throwing pool parties and have little get-togethers. When I left Raintree in 2005, the staff was pitiful. I don't know who is there now, but it was once considered an upscale apartment complex, but now ANYONE could get an apartment there! Jeff ... best of luck at Raintree. Those "other idiots" you refer to are moving out in droves, most of them good, hard working people who are moving up in rent just to be able to feel they're in a place with decent living conditions. Keep your eyes open for a major lawsuit coming against Raintree. It may open your eyes.

Yeah, Im one of those "other idiots" who left Raintree after a year of nothing but problems. And yeah, I can pay rent just about anywhere. And the police? Please. Where were they when my three day old new car was vandalized?
