I live in Raintree right now, my lease is up soon so I'm looking else where. I like it here ok enough, it is well located and the property upgrade has been nice. However the staff isnt helpful and very uncaring when you try to report a problem. My smoke alarm will go off if I take a shower with the bathroom door left open but one day I fell a sleep with some food in the oven(MY FAULT)and 2 hrs. later I woke up, the apartment was filled with smoke and the alarm didn't go off, I'm lucky nothing was damaged and I didn't die. I'm home more at night than the day so at night I clean. I set the trash right outside of my door with the intentions of taking it out on my way to work the next morning, after the trash had been taken to the dumpster later that day when I got home from work I had a notice up saying that I'd be fined if I left my trash out for more than 2 hours again (---- on Raintree's part). I work through out the week so on the weekend I like to sleep in, but I can't. About 8:30-9am on saturday the maintence crew is RIGHT out side of my window with a leaf blower, thats agrivating on any accord. If you read the responses to most of these reviews, it's obvious it's a staff member throwing their 2 cents in... of course they're not gonna down raintree, it's their job to make it out to be better than it is.

as far as the trash goes, it is a rule of the property to remove the trash if it is seen sitting outside your door, and there is a fee that goes along with that.The upgrade here is great to see and it's well over-due! are you sure it's the maintence are the ones running a leaf blower? if it is they are taking pride in the property they work at. you smoke alarm..maybe it needs a new battery,(idk). I love the location here as well I have lived here going on 3 years, I can say this about the office staff, you have your good and bad, I thin it's that way no matter where you stay. Oh and NO i'm not a member of the staff, it is possible that others like myself really do like the property.

Your neighbors don't want to look at and smell your garbage. I don't blame them for giving you a warning. That's nasty.

Yeah well chances are that YOU are nasty (if you leave your garbage inside your apartment). Setting garbage outside during the night time hours is pretty conventional being that trash left inside any residence is nasty. The door ways here are spaced far enough apart that my neighbor wouldn't smell my trash unless they had a freak sense of smell.
