I'm a current tenant. I have been in the complex for 2 months now and it has been one problem after another. When we were looking at the apartments we told the office my mother has a heart condition and we needed an apartment that had no steps & a handicap parking spot. They put us in an apartment with steps up a steep incline leading to the front door. The handicap spot was finally mark a month and a half after moving in. The apartment wasn't given a proper walk through before I moved in. The refrigerator would only work on the highest setting. I finally got a new fridge a month later. The cleaner that are contracted did a poor job. There were no screens on the windows. The furnace filter wasn't changed. The cabinet bottoms in 2 of the cabinets were so water logged they collapsed from the weight of a bottle of cleaner. They had to have someone from the office come down & clean the apartment. When I spoke to the manager he said they would be changing cleaners. I still see them in the complex. I told the Manager that my ceiling in my bathroom looked like it was falling. He argued that it did not! I had mold everywhere in the bathroom all over the tile walls in the shower. When I called the office about the problem someone came down and hosed the tile with straight chlorine (my breathing hasn't been right since). They finally came and replaced the tiles 6 rows up & drywall behind the tiles a week later. However I know there is more mold behind the wall because I had several open gaps in the grout for the water to flow into. Then we had a sewage leak from the apartment above me. They "said" it was fixed. And one week later I was on the toilet and had drops hit my back. The leak wasn't fixed. My medicine cabinet was saturated. I called the office on Monday and nothing was done until Wednesday. They replaced the medicine cabinet and put Kilz on the ceiling. The only thing Kilz will do is keep the stain from returning on the ceiling it doesn't do anything for the black mold above the ceiling. I have gapping holes in my ceiling from the ceiling sinking on top of the medicine cabinet. They sent someone to caulk the holes(don't hurt yourself). I told them that I wanted the ceiling replaced. That was a week ago. Now the Manager finds it more convenient to not be in the office or return my calls. I have a call into corporate. So it isn't just disgruntled tenants.

Sounds like AMBULANCE CHASING to me!!! You moved in and had some issues. Seems like management was very responsive to all of your needs. Most people on these sites have opinions about things not being taken care of for months on end. And you are here complaining and you have only been a resident for a couple months and already you have a new fridge, a personal cleaning job from the staff and a manager response. Not to mention you had a leak, that was serviced, and a week later you had another leak. You also recieved new tile and drywall in your bathroom. Seems like management is great at Raintree. I see is a responsive manegemenet company attempting to go above and beyond to satisfy an unhappy resident for unforeseen problems that could have existed at any place you rent. There are many experiences of very pleased residents! Come See for yourself is my opinion....

If you want to stay on richmond rd but not sure where else to look, You should check out Richmond commons. It's nicely located and has a great staff. I moved from raintree to richmond commons actually and am much happier with my space and rent.
