I've lived at Raintree for almost a year. Yes, I've had some issues, but they are always handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance crew has been in my home. Yes, home, because the staff here made you feel at home. I strongly disagree with http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/KY-Lexington-Raintree- . The maintenance team is very respectful; they won't even use my paper towels to clean up. They have never given me reason to believe they were using drugs. If there were a way to check, I'm sure I would find that many of the negative reviews are from people who have been evicted, and I must say I'm glad they are gone. People complain about the other tenants, but if the people leaving these reviews are riffraff who need not have been here to begin with. So if you simply cannot pay your rent, don't go putting down such wonderful apartments. It is a pleasure to live here, and the only reason you ought to be evicted is if you can't pay, or are unable to behave yourself. So keep your sour grapes to yourself. I give Raintree the highest of recommendations.
