I have lived in Raintree for two years. I have never had any problem that wasn't fixed immediately. The maintenance staff has always been helpful and friendly. I've even taken my bike to them for fixing! The grounds are always kept clean, mowed, and mulched. People take care to not litter, and always pick up their dogs' messes.
Please remember that people typically write these reviews when they have something negative to say, but I (and lots of my neighbors) love this place! I am in graduate school and I will stay here at least until I have graduated. The people here are just so nice, and I have had no problem with any office/maintenance/housekeeping staff.
The indoor pool is my favorite feature, but I am also lucky enough to live by the outdoor pool, which was just re-tiled and scrubbed for the season. Lots of us residents get together several nights a week at picnic tables and grill out or just hang. I haven't experienced any problem with noise, dangerous people, or services. I've very much enjoyed my time living here!
