i lived at raintree 4 almost 2 years, when i moved out i left a mattress in there,but cleaned the apt real good 1 year later applyed for apt at contiental sq apts, got denied said i owed raintree 2,045 ... more

The apartments are really nice and the surrounding area is nice but if you have any maintanence issues do no count on anyone to fix it promptly. I still live in these apartments and I have had several maintenance issues ... more

I have lived in Raintree for two years. I have never had any problem that wasn't fixed immediately. The maintenance staff has always been helpful and friendly. I've even taken my bike to them for fixing! The grounds are always ... more
