Lighting in hallways ver dim, lights over the stairs often out. During the time I lived there: the ceilings sagged, the bathtub would not drain for days at a time due to poor plumping, the toilet had to be repaired twice, the stove burners would not ignite. When maintainence did show up the repairs were often shoddy. Ex: the toilet would not operate as the flush handle was not connected to anything as the metal connection had rusted away. the solution? to use a bread bag twist tie to connect it together. Lasted about one week.
