As far as safety, it is a very safe community to live in. there is even police officers that live their. Another plus is you do not have people above you or beneath you, but the thin walls make up for silence that would provide. The walls are paper thin, and you can here your neighbors tv, dogs barking etc all to well. I could even almost pick up what was being said on the tv. So as far as peace and quiet, it is non existent. Unless you are there when everyone is at work, and then it is quiet. They are also very strict when it comes to the contract you sign, please read it well before you sign it. Also, make sure you memorize it.haha I had to leave earlier than expected, because of business out west. Anyway, in the beginning, my credit was run and i paid the full deposit, but the deposit got mailed to my roomate, and they told him to keep half of it,because they said my other roommate was the primary.
