Good news everyone, Thelma is gone! After making a deposit, I found this website and got nervous. But after speaking with a reliable source I found out that Thelma is gone and a new property manager is there. I have spoken with her once on the phone and she was very eager to help me. She is also willing to work with my fiance and I on making our move there convenient for us. One thing that i LOVE about the property is that it is not ran over with college students. We each have one semsester of college left at UK and prefer the more tranquil and quiet atmosphere that the GH has to offer. Our partying days are over and we know that the GH will be a good place to do homework, eat and sleep while we get ready for graduation. Can't wait to get moved in!
Also, the score represent what I know for now. I will update if anything changes.
