(user photo) This was the closet with mold growth. They chose not to replace any carpet or drywall, instead just punched holes.

(user photo) stains caused by the faulty water heater. They refused to change the carpet after the issue.

WONDERFUL ! ! ! Thelma retired ! !

We have lived here for several years, and now that Thelma Case retired, the place is just great! She was very difficult to get along with. The new manager is so kind and helpful... we are very happy at The Greenhouse. It is so beautiful.
