Problems with Air

We can not get anyone here to help us with our air conditioning problem. We have been calling since the begining of summer, and its now almsot August, and they will not get the problem fixed. Bad Customer Service. We put the thermostat down to 45 for the past 4 weeks and our townhome continues to say 80. this is not okay. Among other issues of home maintance issues that were to be fixed a long long time ago.

Also, I hate how the back of the complex is so ugly compared to the front. it is like its brushed off becasue it is in the back. they need to make the whole area pretty not just the front part where they take possible renters.
I do like living here but there are issues that should not be a problem, it isnt cheap to live here and even more when your KU bill is so high.
