(user photo) This was the closet with mold growth. They chose not to replace any carpet or drywall, instead just punched holes.

(user photo) stains caused by the faulty water heater. They refused to change the carpet after the issue.

It was a much better place to live before the new management took over, they charge you for parking on top of your rent which is ridiculous. They keep raising your rent but you have less amenities than what you started out with. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but there are worse places you could live.
