I think the previous review was written by the new staff. We did not have that experience at all since the change in management. We had a broken shelf in the refrigerator and a broken kitchen sink and it took them over a week,three phone calls, and two letters to get it fixed. They came in and tore up the trees and raised the rent to get it to "market value" but we are getting less for our money. Also, the street light has been out for two months, making the parking lot very dark at night. They have time to do "one million dollar renovations" but can't find the time to hire an electrician to fix a light bulb. We are not going to renew our lease.
