This place used to be pretty decent, but has been horrible since the new management has taken over.

1. They cut down all the trees so there is no separation between the road and the tennis court. All the traffic honks at you now while you're trying to play.

2. The pool was closed the entire summer.

3. They closed the gym and got rid of the equipment.

4. They closed the clubhouse. The manager told me they planned on renting the place out to a coffee shop.

5. Response time for repair work has been horrible. We've had a hole in the wall in the kitchen since we moved in that they haven't fixed. Also we had a major appliance out for almost a month before anyone came to fix it. We had to call and complain 3 times.

6. Maintenance men have come into our apartment twice unannounced. Once my wife was home alone in the shower. The other time someone unlocked my door and came in to check the fire alarms.

7. Very expensive for the little you get.

Overall, this place is a dump now. It's old, management is horrible, none of the amenities that the other apartments in the price range has, and they've started renting these places out to hooligans. It used to be a nicer environment. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
