Has anyone else had a problem with kids going door-to-door at this complex' I feel like I'm being targeted. The first time, after I turned two kids away, my air conditioning was vandalized. The second time, a different kid turned aggressive when I said I didn't want to buy anything.

I agree with all this. I have been through 3 managers myself. I think ------- ------ when he was here was the best I have seen it. He got things done and wasnt afraid to talk to the residents here. He was truthful and thats why they moved him out of here.. This new guy they have now just aint cutting it. He is rude and thinks he doesnt have to talk to anyone. The leasing guy seems nice and seems to know his job pretty well. As far as the maintenance goes they do what PRG will let them which isnt much to our apartments. they have to carry alot of tools so the golf carts isnt a big problem with me. the rock ledges are falling because of age and the rodents that live in them. I liked this place when i first moved here now i hate it more and more everyday and this new manager can kiss where the sun dont shine. Hes ignorant.

The PRG managers I have been aware of were -----, -----, -----, and the current one ----. When was ------- here? I have seen the golf carts knock over stone borders with my own eyes. I don't have a problem with golf carts as long as they stay in the parking lot or on the few sidewalks that are wide enough for them, which they don't do. I've also seen the golf carts on the regular street, driving in the wrong lane into oncoming traffic, to the property PRG has purchased nearby.
