The only thing good about Saddlebrook is the grounds but dont be fooled by them. These aparments are NOT nice as adverised. They are really overprised. the electric bill is around 158 dollars in a one bed room (with the heat at 70). Apartments are not insulated. The floor is the kitchen is coming up the cabnets are falling off. One of the seals in the glass doors has been broken the whole time we've lived here so it is all fogged white and you cant see through it. Dont count on them to fix anything because they arent going to. And Zack the current manager is a complete idiot his answer to any question you have is that he will ask his upper manager (if he can deal with it maybe he needs a new job.)
