(user photo) This was the closet with mold growth. They chose not to replace any carpet or drywall, instead just punched holes.

(user photo) stains caused by the faulty water heater. They refused to change the carpet after the issue.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN LEXINGTON TO LIVE UNTIL THE APTS WHERE SOLD NOW IT IS THE WORST.WHAT A SHAME
