(user photo) This was the closet with mold growth. They chose not to replace any carpet or drywall, instead just punched holes.

(user photo) stains caused by the faulty water heater. They refused to change the carpet after the issue.

First off, the rent is too high. There is nothing to offer no clubhouse only a swimming pool and a so called lake. The managers will do nothing but LIE to the residents and when you get a thank you note saying happy anniversary for being a resident it makes you feel real good about being here and looking at the bottom of the page stating that your rent is increasing if you want to resign. Overall this place is a JOKE and do not get sucked up into moving here because it isnt worth it
