I am a very reasonable guy and I give most people the benefit of the doubt if they are nice and genuine. However, there is no happiness here. The management, specifically the manager, is arrogant and unqualified to run a community. Concerns from tenants are not acknowledged. The carpets are disgusting in most of the apartments. All of my neighbors are as frustrated as I am. The facilitys/amenities they claim to offer are either non-existent or in poor condition. Bottom line, if you are considering moving here, you better have a lot of patience.
