Maintenance is beyond bad. When we signed the lease, they told us that they take pride in the speed of they're maintenance request fulfillment. I'm really not sure where the pride comes from at this point. Our AC has been out for three weeks. Multiple attempts to contact both the office and the maintenance line have led nowhere. Each time we call, they are out of the office, or we spend so much time on hold that we give up. We've tried stopping by the office, but I don't think I've ever seen the door without the "We will return at..." clock hanging from the window. Our AC unit is already waaaay outdated, our unit has the most inefficient windows, doors, and seals of any I have ever seen, and the only thing that I've ever seen them do is put out an uninspired newsletter that says everything is going great. The security in the area is also a joke. My friends and I have had our cars broken into MULTIPLE TIMES. We've tried to tell the people at the office that this is happening, but it's the same result as trying to get the AC fixed. No one in the office and no one answering the phone. The rental price is WAY TOO HIGH for the quality of living and quality of service they are providing. Save yourself the time, the hassle, the money, and the poor living conditions. It is, by far, the absolute worst place we've lived.
