Just recently my wife and I moved here from another complex here in Lexington because we were looking to upgrade to a large 1 bedroom. We have moved into what they called thier Arlington floorplan which is 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. We love it! We don't feel that these reviews accuratly reflect this community. There may have been some upset residents in the past, who needed to discuss their concerns. However, you have to take into account that there are also a lot of residents that do enjoy living here, and I have met many of them. From what we can see the new management is very helpful and friendly. I don't know where all these horror stories are coming from, but I would like to give the community a thumb's up!

Sounds like the management is posting. Run as far away from this place as you can. Worst business in Lexington ...

If you are having a positive experience that's fine, but please don't speak for the other residents. Let them post their own experiences. The fact that you are willing to speak for the complex as a whole is what makes your post suspicious. The negative reviews have said "Here is what happened to me" and given concrete details, which makes them more credible. (And if you have only been here a couple of months, then just wait until something breaks, and you will understand "where the horror stories are coming from.")
