while apartment hunting, my boyfriend and i called the office a total of 6 times without getting ANY reply. we visited on weekends during POSTED office hours, and the doors were locked. no one answered the phone. this happened 4 times. i even called and left a message requesting a reply so that perhaps we could schedule a time with the property mang. in order to see a unit, because the area seemed so perfect for our situation and the price range seems fair. no response. first, second , and third (and so on...) impressions' not so much. if WE couldn't get a hold of anyone to GIVE them our business, how were we ever going to get a hold of them if we needed maintenence'!'! or if an emergency occured' nope. not for us.
