This is the worse apartment in Lexington. Stay clear. The place is dirty with dog feces all over the place. You can't even walk without stepping in it. There is never any parking, and you have to fight for a space. The apartments are extremely noisy. We were on the ground floor and it sounded like the people upstairs were coming through the ceiling. We had throw up on our screen from one of their wild parties and management did nothing. The breeze ways between apartments is alway filled with garbage. Don"t try to play volley ball in their beautiful court because it is a giant cat litter box. The management is rude and very unhelpful. Don't think you can go to the pool because they charge you 20 dollars to get a key to enter it even though you they are already way over priced for the quality--filthy plastic shower stalls, and all cheap appliances. Need I say more, just run as fast as you can. We made a mistake and had a years lease.
