I have no real complaints like some others, except that the rent is a tad on the high side. There are people bitching about every apartment on the face of the earth, so face it, if you're posting here, you've moved out and have some kind of vendetta to make. Anyone that has a complaint about this place is either mad about something or got kicked out. I've lived here several years and have seen people come and go, some good some bad. All in all, it's an apartment, not a house. If you don't like apartment living, then buy a house, otherwise, I've been here for more than 8 years and it's just splendid.

Maintenance - Have usually responded when needed

Office Staff - Never had issues with them except paying rent

Security - Has responded to 2 calls for my assistance, one time in the middle of the night when he was asleep. He has towed cars out of my dad's handicap spot on many occasions because he cannot walk well, and once on Thanksgiving day, he came from his dinner with his parents to help me.

Buildings - Could use paint, but otherwise nice. Has a really awesome courtyard with a waterfall and pond, but kinda yucky

Volleyball court could use an update, but I don't play, so I don't care.

Pool - It's a pool, I wish there wasn't a lock to get in and out, that is annoying especially to go to the bathroom

Dog Poo - Yeah there is quite a bit around, not sure how to enforce a dog poop violation, no answers from management either, oh well, watch your step

Weight room - it's okay, lots of stuff in it, but it's always hot as hell down there and the tanning bed costs money to use and the bulbs are old

Laundry - I don't use it, but there are lots of machines available 24/7
