I lived there from 2004 to about 2006. Had a balcony facing park, fireplace, etc... everything was acceptable until the managment changed. Current managment is awefull. there are after your money in anyway they can.... and they are VERY unfriendly. Manaitance standards dropped as well with the new managment. I absolutly hated my last year there and do NOT recommend living there. I hated it to the extent that i just came across this site (its July 2008 now) and felt like spedning the time to let others know abotu my bad expirience there.

I totally agree with you, since the management has changed everything seems to suck including maintenance. Seems like nothing ever gets done in a timely matter. I have also had a very bad experience with both the management and the f...ing lazy maintenance men. Seems like all they do is drive around on the golf cart trying to look busy when in fact they are not busy at all.

The management SUCKS there. They are thieves and will try to get you to pay more rent every year. DO NOT MOVE HERE.. LET THIS PLACE GO TO HELL IN ALL BY ITSELF. As for the maintenance, if you need him, he is at his girlfriends apartment out there all day, but when you need him, he will never call back when there is an emergency. Oh, and there is a --------------------------, she is some kind of secretary for the police department, and will watch every move you make and run and tell management on you on a daily basis, she lives by ------------------------------------------------------------------.
