Although I hate to talk badly of people, I think this is one case where i will have to joint the crowd. Shillito Park has gone down the drain, and I am not sure if there is anything that can be done to save it but get rid of everyone in the office and almost everyone that works there. I belive that they have already had a change in some of the office staff but i am not sure if it is really working that well. There is NEVER a manager in the office and the younf girl there never has any answers and has to call to get them. It seems that there should always be someone there who has the authority to answer people;s questions. REnt is a joke here-it goes up every year that is the reason my roomate andi had to move out-that and the fact that the office manager is rediculously uneducated. It took them forever to fix my kitchen appliances and when they did they wanted me to pay rent for times that i couldnt ever stay in my apartment' Were they kidding'''
I wish that i could have called a higher power on them, but they all seemed to think that they would and could get away with anything. I have contacted a lawyer and i will get compensated for what they have done! The maintenence is not that bad, but they always smelled and were dirty with holes in their clothes. I think that could at least wear nicer clothing when they enter people;s apartments. If someone from corporate reads this-PLEASE do something or you will loose an entire apartment due to ignorance.

I agree. The girl that runs the office while the manager is away is either doing whatever she wants, or is tanning in the bed located in the main office. When she began working there the closed sign was always up. Maint. was good for me, very helpful always there quickly (within the hr) had problems when i left. they charged me for days when i first moved in that they 'said were waived', they took it out of my deposite 3 yrs later... they had never told me i owed them money. rent was raised every year. he asked me every year, we are gonna raise rent. how much can u afford. when i said none, he said well name a price. i said five dollars, and he agreed lol. weird huh.
