Where do I start..maintence takes FOREVER!!! Our ceiling leaked and then started falling in...they fixed the roof in about 6 days and as of yesterday (6 weeks later) they supposedly fixed the ceiling but it is still cracked. Our kitchen sink has leaked twice now and the last time it was so bad that would could not even use it. The second time they fixed it we had to wait 9 days for them to do it. Parking is terrible and now there has been a shooting. Stay away.
