I lived in these apts. for a year. The buildings are rather old, and so many problems can occur with them. You can hear every step the people in the apartment above you take, which can be very annoying, just hope that your neighbors are not nocturnal. The office manager can be intimidating and not so nice at times, even yelling at a tenant outside once at the top of her lungs. The maintenance men are rather nice and very helpful, a few do not speak much English though. Rent is not that expensive, but you get what you pay for.
