Sonnet Cove

Sonnet Cove is a horrible, unbelievable, ridiculous excuse for an apartment "community". The management are boldfaced lying incompetant thieves. A serious criminal investigation should be made of the financial practices of the "management" in the front office. They have, on several occasions, taken cash payment from tennants, failed to provide receipts, and later claimed that the payments had not in fact been made. The maintenance is non-existant. Conditions in the units are deplorable. There is litter all over the grounds. They have drunken staff members, literally screaming obsenities at little children in a drunken rage. The buildings should all be condemned. The structures are flawed and unstable, with whole walls occasionally falling off of the sides of buildings. There have been several shootings in the back parking lots of the complex, and tennants cars have been riddled with bulletholes.
