Sonnet Cove

I just read a review that was posted by the people at sonnet cove! They said there has never been a shooting at sonnet cove???? No wait they said in the parking lot. Well all the same there have been shootings here!!! One was in an apartment but the guy tried to run and was heading through the parking lot with a gun in tow. If you don't believe me go to sonnet cove apts and look at building A61-72 and check out the hallway by apt 68! There are places where there were entry and exit holes going across the hallway. Also, if you have ever lived here you would know that the sound of gunshots is a constant. Not to mention the fact that one of my friends got shot at on the dock and then severly beaten only 2 years ago. This type of behavior is still rampant here.
The management now-well heres where it really gets interesting! I have been told by many that they do accept cash and money orders and try to rip people off by telling them they never recieved the payments. I had an experience like that myself. I am lead to believe that they accept bribes in the form of drugs and other things of the like. I know that the manager uses, I won't elaborate on how I know, but I have seen people on certain substances enough to know it when I see it. They are abnoxious and they obviously don't have a dress code! Not something that you would ever want to see on an overaged hoochi mamma-it is worse than that description. I can't emphasize how bad it is here. I have friends there now and I hope that they can afford to get out! God knows that they won't get the deposit back these people are notorious for not giving them back.(the places are already such dumps when you move in that it is impossible to tell the old from the new!)
Well I would stongly advise against this place. And I think that the person who posted a review on 11/4 is right. If Pinnacle even exsists then they should be contacted and told about these problems with the property. The management team and the maintenance needs to be replaced!
