Of course Sonnet Cove doesnt pay vendors- Look at the grass!

The last review didn't suprise me at all. The complex has been through like 3 different lawn care companies in the last year. The grass hasn't been mowed in probably 2 months,consequently it's tall, unkept and basically looks like ass.
Here's a novel idea Sonnet Cove. Instead of keeping an occupancy rate of probably 40%, lower the rent a bit, fill the place up and generate some revenue. Then you could afford to pay your bills, paint the place (which it desperately needs), and maintain the property the way it should be maintained. Why you guy's insist on charging market rental rates for the place is beyond me, there are too many other nicely kept complexs to compete with.
